Bonefish Grill

The restaurant was cold (seems the AC was on, in January...). I had to wear my winter coat (other customers too). The waitress was friendly and the food was good, but the entrees were nearly cold. We got the wrong desert (but got later the right one and as a very nice touch, it was on the house). We ordered coffee, then asked for a refill, they came with a thermos and when they started pouring, it was empty. This was on a Sunday around 7pm.

The food was absolutely delicious very professional and top notch restaurant without breaking the bank me and my family will definitely return

Two different experiences. The first I was serve a delicious Salmon. The second experience I requested a T-bone steak medium well. My steak was bleeding inside. The waitress took my under cook back to show the manager. He came out and said it would be a few minutes. However, when my same steak was returned it still looked like raw ground beef. I was told they can not prepare a T-bone medium well without burning the outer edge. If I was given this information prior to deciding on my order, I would have chosen a different entree’. The waitresses were friendly and kind. The atmosphere was quite pleasant. Just “BEWARE “ when ordering a steak!

We went here for the first time for our 19 yr anniversary...it was fabulous. They made us feel special, the food was fantastic...they even brought us a champagne toast. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

My son picked Bonefish Grill as his post college graduation from North Carolina A&T to eat at. The Bang Bang shrimp as a appetizer was great. Also, the Cod special, fish tacos, fish & chips, Rainbow trout, and Salmon were our choices of the day. They all were great and Jeffrie our waiter was great. Also, I had a Old Fashion specialty drink made with their house vanilla bean syrup and the drink was great along with the presentation. Thanks Bonefish grill for making this a post-graduation restaurant experience for my family to remember great service and great food!

Service was good and food was ok.. we had a special of three fish, but it did not say it was a cold plate, tuna sushi, two cold salads it was awful! Sent it back and we had no problem ordering something else. Always good

I always enjoy what I get here. Last night I had the imperial rockfish special. Very good indeed! However, for the first time ever we were annoyed, the music was really loud, like sports bar loud, and weird music for the restaurant, 80s hair band to 80s brat pack sound tracks. Not necessarily music I don't like, it just didn't fit the restaurant. We had to ask them to turn it down, we couldn't converse comfortably.

I don't give 5 stars often, but the bang bang shrimp is the way to go

Greensboro NCAlthough Bonefish is not a five star restaurant, it provided five stars in service, meal quality and environment!Attending a conference I chose to eat at Bonefish for 3 of the 4 nights I was there. There is a gluten-free menu which provided me with different options each time, and the food was delicious!!Wait staff was helpful and mostly attentive as it was very crowded on Saturday night.I wish there was a BoneFish Grille close to where I live. But then, that could get expensive couldn't it?

Had a lovely family night out. Dinner was delicious! Our waiter Josh, was great!

Decided to eat here on one of my nights on vacation in Greensboro and it was outstanding. The location was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious and freshly made. The drinks were very tasty and they had a very wide selection. Servers were excellent and helpful. This was my 1st visit to a Bonefish Grill and I can't wait to visit another.

I was visiting Greensboro, NC for wedding and wanted something different to eat. I asked my best friend to find a restaurant after checking into our hotel. We decided upon Bonefish Grill. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp with Jasmine Rice and Broccoli and a sweet tea. The food was amazing, but most importantly my server (Leona) was excellent. Her personality made the dining experience exceptional. When I am in Greensboro again, I will definitely dine here again.

Even though Bonefish had just reopened the service and food was just as incredible as we always enjoy at Bonefish Grill.

Never disappoints!!The food is always very tasty and beautifully presented. Wait staff is also always very courteous and informative about the menu... A must to dine!!

Professional staff, extremely attentive, food was cook perfectly, special requests were on point. Food had a great taste, worth the money. I had the chef's special Haddock which is not normally on their menu. I will definitely return. Our server was Kaitlyn and she never let our drinks run out. Outstanding service and food.

Always a pleasure to dine here for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. 5 star quality staff and service Everytime. Great drink specials during brunch and other times and very appropriately priced.

Really great floor staff. Very friendly and fast service. I ordered the Bang Bang shrimp appetizer and it was delicious. I also ordered the lobster bisque and it was yumdelicious. Now for my entree I ordered the blackened fish taco. My only issue was that there was no salt in the seasoning and the fish was cooked a bit too long. Other than that it was a pleasurable dining experience.

Great service and great food! Seems like a fancy place but casual at the same time. Great place for a date more than a family dinner IMO. But that's just me!

Would have been nice if you had some coffee cups so we could actually drink some coffee.

I have to give a huge kudos to Bonefish and our waiter for the evening (Hudson). We had an amazing experience due to the service he provided. He made sure everything was perfect with our meal and was very attentive the whole time we were there. Being a finer track runner himself, he even gave my daughter pointers on her up coming track meet. He went above and beyond which made the meal taste that much better. Thank you and job well done Hudson! 👍🏿

I highly recommend the shrimp tacos they were very delicious also the Baja tacos were really good. This time I got a steak, however. It was cooked perfectly and really good. Nice staff & clean restaurant. I will be back!

Bonefish is now our number one place to eat in the evening!! We love that Bang Bang shrimp plus wonderful steaks and Seafood too!!. This is a very clean restaurant, nice nice staff who is willing to go that extra mile for you to get what you want and we love the atmosphere here....Has a very nice ambience to it..5 STARS

I wouldn’t even give this restaurant 1 star, we arrived at 7:30 and were not able to leave until 10:30. Granted our waitress was new and I understand that, but my order was wrong and steak was way over done compared to what I had asked for which was “rare” we had to wait way to long for drinks and we were never offered bread at the time we sat down the appetizers were great but that was the only great thing about our visit and once we were ready to leave it took 45 minutes for our checks to be brought to the table. I 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND going to this bonefish grill!!!!

The Salmon and mango salsa is always good. Petty at the bar is a great bartender and we always have a good time when we are there.

My husband and I was our first time eating at BoneFish Grill. The waiter was great at helping us with choosing our food from the menu. The food was great, we will be going back.

The food came out in a timely manner. The restaurant was very clean. We had a professional and friendly waitress. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Superfood Salad which is my favorite meal at the Bonefish Grill and it was delicious. I would recommend this location to others and would visit again.

Oh my gracious we had an amazing time! About 20 of us left a leadership conference at the Sheraton Four Seasons in Greensboro.The team at Bonefish Grill welcomed us in got us seated and they were wonderful. Great food and great service.We were the loudest people in there but we and the other guests had a great time. They were laughing watching us have so much fun.We will definitely be back when return to Greensboro. We were from North Carolina to New York and to Tennessee.

Not even worth a star. We had six people in our party, every single thing we ordered except for the appetizers was wrong. Had to get another waiter to cater to our needs. We entered around 7:30 and couldn’t leave until 10-10:30 we were constantly waiting on drinks. When our food came it was over cooked and not good at all. Then when it came time to pay it took about 30/45 mins to prepare the checks. Will not be returning. Would not recommend!

Even after being open several years, the restaurant is still great. It is a tad crowded on the weekend, so reserve a table. The dinner selections are varied enough for everyone. All types of seafood and fish.

Always a pleasure when searching for a good meal. I had a holiday hire for a waitress who wasn't too sharp but it didn't subtract from the excellent food.

Sat at the bar...received prompt and friendly service. But it gave me a very clear view of the sanitation rating certificate. A 90.5 is still an “A” but so close to being a B rating It made me wonder what kind of issues this restaurant is having. I won’t be back to eat unless their rating improves

Love the gluten free menu. Sea bass is wonderful. Some of the best steak in the Triad.

Was seated fairly quickly with a reservation and the food was good

Service was average. I ordered a hamburger and thought it was very good.my wife ordered crab cake with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. She thought the crab cake and the potatoes were too spicy. The sauce that came with the crab cakes was extremely spicy.

Always have had a good dinner at bonefish grill. Last time I had the lightly bread, pan fried haddock ... It's was absolutely perfect!!!! Had a wine sauce in top with asparagus....

Been there once and had the "Fish and Chips" which was excellent but not $12 worth. Their cuisine is fish dishes for all appetites and their service is superb. They are too pricey for my taste.

Food was wonderful! Service was great as well, definitely reccomend.
